Rear brake adjustment issue

Hey everyone I just got a new 250 hawk, and my brake light is always on and I need help adjusting it.

There should be couple nuts on the switch body on top and bottom of the bracket the switch sits in. Back the nut on top off until the light goes out and give it a little more so the light turns on after you press the brake lever about a half inch, then tighten the bottom nut.

I'd adjust the brake switch after you get the pedal height sorted out with the screw that the pedal rests against, and adjust the clevis for the master cylinder so the master cylinder doesn't start pressurizing until the pedal is pressed a half inch.
