X-Pro
I recently bought a 125cc from X-Pro Moto on Amazon. The packaging arrived very damaged. There are broken parts on the bike among other things and I will have to rebuild the entire rear brake system with new parts. I told X-Pro that I wanted to send it back for a full refund, but they really don’t want to do that. Anyone here know best how to handle the situation?

Best you can do is send pictures, and have them send you the new parts. If that doesn't work, hassle them until they will take a return.

Get Amazon involved. That’s the best way.
Tell them you need the broken item picked up and you want a new one sent in its place. Their policies are pretty solid and in your favor. I doubt they even really consider that it’s very difficult to send it back. Lol then it will be on X Pro, or, not really, it will actually be all on the shipper who damaged it.
