Where's them 1400 dollar KPX's

I had the wife post my KPX on market place a long time back when I was thinking of selling it, mainly because I can't ever get my arse off the Goldwing LOL. Anyway, I guess the wife never deleted her post and she got a message about it last night. The guy proceeded to say basically that my price which was 2800 was too high as those bike can be bought online for 1400 dollars

. I kindly told him that he should jump RIGHT ON THAT as that was an awesome deal. Then I proceeded to send him the link to the KPX on Venoms site. The guy must have been on some good stuff. You can't buy ANY new China Bike for 1400 bucks now days.

Apples to oranges but you can get a refurb Hawk for $1500 shipped or a new Titan 250 for $1300 + $300 shipping. My Templar 250 cost me $1750 shipped.

Oh Ok that is what he was probably referring to. I remember back when bought the KPX I looked at most of them and they were up there in price around the 2k + mark. But alot of them were in short supply at that time due to Covid and all. I'm glad to see the prices coming back down.

They guy is still way out of line, the KPX costs over $3000 new. If the guy wants a $1400 china bike he should get a used Hawk. He probably thinks they're all the same.

Some people automatically assume that since its a China bike it should depreciate like a rock. They definitely don't hold their value like a Big-4 bike but its not as bad as you'd think. Just a matter of finding the right person in the end.

Actually, you can still buy one for 1400. Not a KPX, but there are some.

He just assumes it's some variation of a Hawk. Probably.never heard of the KPX before he saw the ad.
