2023 Xpro Hawk 250 EFI help

Hello,

Just received the new 2023 X-pro Hawk 250 EFI model. ( Building it now for son who returns from sandbox in AUG)

I do not seem to see many posts addressing any pre assembly items I need to fix on this mod other than:

Specifically

1) replacing the tubes and Spoke strips,

2) Adj the valve lash

3) All Fluids replaced / brake/ fork / main oil

BUT

??? Do I need to replace head gasket for better compression on this model

???And the front and rear sprockets / Half dirt riding half road but not over 60MPH around here_ Best set up.

??? What about replacing the chain what size best for hard use?
Lot of Questions / Thanks for any and all help! Jamie

Most of the information is in the Hawk Sticky at the top of the Dual Sport section. Main difference is of course the DX is EFI and USD Forks but the rest is almost identical. https://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=20331

All Good thanks / So I'm on the correct track with my $$.

USD Forks? have not seen that mentioned? Was just going to replace fluid and see how rides with my big butt . if OK son will be fine.

Also can you possibly help with the chain sprocket thing / studs /rubber isolators?
Want to do this all up front so Im not fixing HIS bike! LOL
