Solved!! PR250 6 speed engine DC CDI 2024 Templar

Okay so I finally figured out this DC CDI wiring.

The 2022? Templar 5 speeds are AC CDI

For many dc cdi engines
pin sequence is typically
igniter, coil
Ground, ground
Then 12 v positive on the two pins.

The pin sequence for the 6 speed is
Igniter, coil
Ground, 12v
Then the two pin connector is completely disconnected.

When you ohm out the typical dc cdi on the two grounds they are connected internally. When you ohm out the 6 speed cdi it’s NOT connected internally.

Anyways I figure this is kind of a public announcement stating dc cdi s are NOT created equal. Spread the word! It was a huge pain for my microcar project trying to get her to fire!
