OK..New idea...tracked bike for winter?

OK..I have a new idea...I know they sell the rear tracked bikes with a track on the back and a ski on the front. Has anyone tried on of these contraptions out? What was the result? I'm thinking of getting one for the daughter for the winter months to allow her to keep up the riding lessons so to speak.
I don't know where to put this so I figured why not here??? If totally wrong...please someone move it to where it is supposed to go...thank you.

If you must ...try Royal Distributing as they sell a kit for putting track on 2 wheeler.
IMO tracks on bikes are more suited to swamp riding than snow.
Riding a dirtbike is a lot colder than riding a sled...

No..no...someone already sells a complete china bike type thing for the same low prices as the bikes. I've seen them on street corners on trailers with guys sitting there trying to sell them. I just don't know how much and where you can buy one at the present time. Plus i would like to hear from anyone who has one or tried one.

Those kits from Royal are for brand name MX bikes I'm sure..the china bikes wouldn't have the power i don't think to push all the added mechanics of a kit. I think you would need to have it already sorted mechanically speaking for the power the China bikes produce.

Thanking you in advance.

Yeh, I have seen those tracked bikes...you are braver or more adventurous than I.
I cannot imagine how a country that does not sled can build a "bike" that goes on snow...more curiosity than solid ride..IMO.

Giver' though and review it here please!
