Hi Guys

I'm from windy Cape Town. Recently got myself a 200GY. I've only done about 200 km's on it, and so far nothings fallen off :-)

Look forward to learning & contributing on the site.
Will post some pics over the weekend.

Well, unlike the northern latitudes, you are at least having summer down there, so it's a good time to be riding a bike.

How much is gas for you, and does it have ethanol mixed in with it ?

It is something less than $2 a gallon for us, and the regular grade usually has 10% ethanol mix.

I use unleaded, so no ethanol afaik.

Cost per gallon, let me see...

1 gallon = 3.7 litres (iirc)

1 litre = around R9 ( fluctuates so much I'm never sure anymore )

1$ = R10.50

Sooooo,
3.17$ per gallon?

Welcome. Go through the prep guide in the Dual Sport forum before you do loose any parts.

Also just for fun. I saw gas today for $1.57/gal.
