viva motors ZQ200GY clutch help plz.

ok so i got a viva motors model ZQ200GY and i need a clutch for it the plates are worn smooth almost.ive searched these forms and cant find anyone with this name brand bike.the clutch has 6 friction plates and 4 springs,any help please..................

No trace of either Viva motors or that model comes up on any search. The chances are that it shares components and possibly the engine with something well-known around here. Could do with photos of engine, both sides if possible.

Failing that, somewhere low down on the crankcases there will be an engine type number, something like 169FMI. This will identify the engine to lots of posters here.

I think he has what I have, an HSUN, but the motors, I think are identical. That '163' sounds familiar as a motor number, but someone I'm sure will know for certain.

Go to www.photobucket.com. Get a free account. Upload your pics there, then copy the picture's link from the photobucket site, and past it in your post.

If you now do a Google search using just "163FML" you'll get lots of references to that engine and others brands that use a similar unit. Example American LIFAN. You'll find that at first sight the engines look different, that is because the clutch crankcase covers are made to suit different importers and re-brands. The engine internals will be compatible.

Best way to ensure you find the right clutch plates is to remove from the bike, clean, and photocopy one of the friction plates. You'll get a life size image on paper that way. Just add your own measurements, like inside and outside diameters, thickness (allowing for the fact that it's worn) and present this at the spares counter or supplier.

If that engine is a CB/CG125 Honda clone the chances are that the clutch plates are the same as these details:

The Honda part number for the friction plates is 22201-166-000

1) Internal diameter of friction surface: 91 mm
2) Outer diameter of friction surface: 110 mm
3) External diameter: 119 mm
4) Thickness: minimum 2.95 maximum 3.08 mm

If those dimensions are the same as yours, just Google "CB125 clutch plates" and lots come up.

Your engine should look like this:

Looks like the same generic Lifanoid CB motors most of us have.

I still think this guy is your best bet.

A rebuild would be more than half this for the parts alone, and no guarantee it would all bolt up together.

Plus, you can sell some parts off your current motor to recoup some of the loss.

There is a guy posting now that could use your clutch.

would this use the same clutch as a Lifan LF200gy-5 200cc enduro,because thats what i kinda thinking........am i wrong?

The clutch I have has 6 friction plates and 5 center plates,and has 4 springs.the outer edge of the friction plates have 8 tabs.
