x-rage north vancouver doug bensley NO TITLE NO NOTHING supposed to be a moving company, guy gave me a bike in open crate with bad tire tube, bad carb.

My guess...

The poster didn't understand this is the 'forum feedback' area, and posted here re: his bike instead of dealer discussion, since he didn't get it from a dealer.

Just a guess, and yes, I'm giving the OP a lot of credit.

My confusion comes from this... "guy gave me a bike"

If that is true, and the guy did give away a basically new bike in the crate, why is there a complaint? And more importantly, who was it stolen from? New bikes in crates don't just appear without any paperwork.

Has the VIN been checked?

There's a lot of this story we're missing...but I agree w/ TurboT, I doubt we'll hear more.

When I've talked to Doug he seemed rude and uninterested in customer service but that is only my experience.

wow some of you guys are a little critical of my tardy reply geez. i meant the guy is shady, cant you read?

he gave me a a hand written reciept thats all when i bought it. its was like a garage sale. he said he was a dealer. i emailed him and no reply.

is that clear enoughf for you? :x
