I bought a CRF250X stainless steel muffler. It's a genuine Honda muffler. I think it's a good mod for china bike. It's for sale $100.

Do you have any pictures of it mounted on your Bird?

If your downpipe is 32 mm outside diameter, this stainless steel muffler from Xian Racing sounds great and will last the life of the bike.

Yes, I'm selling mine. It looks brand new. It has a spark arrester in it. I never got around to installing it. It would require some work to make it fit, and I just don't have that much time anymore. I have measurements if you want. Mine looks just like this, except mine looks newer.

in case you don t know this, it s worth your while to get a header pipe made up. take your bike to a dedicated place where they make up motorbike exhausts, get them to weld up a header pipe and to make it fit with an aftermarket muffler. those slip-ons are only half the ticket, you need a unrestricted header pipe. they ll make it shorter and a little wider. mine cost 270 aussie dollars in plain steel, sprayed with HT paint.
