rocketa 107cc wierd fuel setup?

Just picked this up cheap today, it has spark and wants to run for a second after about 50 kicks. Its not getting much fuel if any. I tried another carb on it but it does the same thing. Wondering what the rest of this fuel system is all about? Theres a tube coming off the carb neck going up into the assembly above the carb neck, which looks like a fuel pump or something like on a snowmobile? Then there is at tube going from the assembly to the bottom of the engine, and a vent tube that goes back under the bike. I have had a couple pitbikes in the past and friends have them, never seen a fuel setup like this before? I'm thinking something is wrong with this secondary system because it won't start with too different carbs.

I had one of those. Don't remember that setup though. My suggestion is to bypass it. Run the fuel line direct from the tank to the carb with a filter in the middle.

Is it suppose to be an automatic fuel petcock?

I would get a lawnmower shutoff and bypass that thing.

I am pretty sure that is what it is.

I agree since you've essentially ruled out carb issues with the swap.
