Redcat 300?

I was out at the trails and a guy was riding a Redcat Baja 300. It didn't look too bad and it was water cooled. It would be cool to try and squeeze the engine into my GY-5.

Anyone know much about this quad?
Thanks

Hi Savage
Did he tell you it was a Redcat Baja300? Are you sure it was a Redcat? Because being a Redcat Dealer for over two years now Redcat did not make a 300cc quad or bike. The only Water cooled quad that they made was the VX-200 that I know of. I have seen some of the 2004 models before I set up as a dealer with them in 2005 and do not remember a 300cc water cooled quad or bike.

I wonder if he was maybe thinking of the Baja Motorsports 300cc ATV.

I think he must have.
There's a huge auction place in town that sells thousands of used china atvs/bikes. They buy most of them from Pepboys from people that return them. He said people return them and then get a new one. Is that true? They sell them as is and then people fix them up and run'em (if they will run)

But this guys quad looked brand new. Anyway...

we have a auction here in tenn. and over 70% of the atv's branded redcat are not because it became a better chinese atv to buy you are now seeing copies of clones. even most of the sticker were fake redcat .

its 6/05/2007 and still never a 300cc atv about 36 redcat 350cc were sold about 10 months ago. and i'm a redcat dealer too.
