I guess this happened in Arkansas? I wouldn't want to be caught in my automobile during a hailstorm like that! 8O

I have been hailed on once riding in Wisconsin on I94 crossing over the St Croix into Minnesota. That hurt. Fortunately I had my rain gear on and gloves.

Still using the same rain gear. This was late April 2002. Went from Sunshine to some sprinkles. Pulled over and geared up. Sprinkles to hail. This was in about a 10 minute time span. Riding a 1983 Shadow 750. It started pouring rain. Stay dry until I pulled into a gas station to wait it out and put my foot down in a puddle.

Or riding on the sidewalk if necessary to escape the hail. I sure wouldn't just sit there.

I googled the acronym GW, and couldn't find anything. At first I thought you meant Gold Wing; now I think you might mean "God's Will." What exactly do you mean by GW, Brother Bill? :?:
