12 v power port? GPS mount? Hawk.
Does anyone have a good set up for mounting a power supply and gps on the Hawk handlebar? I am going to use a Garmin2555 GPS. I also have an old Nuvi Mio. Thanks for all your help China Riders!

Thanks Sport. I was just looking at Cherohala.com. Thanks for a great trip idea. We have a trailer set up to haul the bikes. From upstate SC it about a 2 1/2 hour drive....but looks well worth it....

Chain clearance..Hawk
I just measured the rear tire. The width of the stock knobby is 5.16 from knob to knob. Can someone measure their Shinko 244 for comparison? :hmm:

Tire clearance
Will the Shinko 244 4.60-18 clear the chain on the Hawk? I see the stock knobby is very close.

New Carb...all better.
I ordered a second carb. changed jets. all adjustments as reccomended. It runs perfect! I think the first mikuni clone had an issue. Running strong now.
