That's my point. They are not "close to the same". They are different bikes by different manufacturers. The Hawk is made by Haosen ans the Brozz is made by Bashan. There is a difference.

I own this bike and mine was perfectly set up...
I own this bike and mine was perfectly set up except for a small Idle adjustment. This is NOT a Hawk, it's a Bashan and it shouldn't need any mods to run correctly and do 65+MPH out of the box......

Just got my Plate
