Hellcat got SHINKO'D

Shinko Mobber. How difficult could it be to install a set of motorcycle tires? Plenty! The first time I have worked with a motorcycle tire. I got the front tire mounted with a lot of effort. I got one side on the rear and could not get the final sidewall. The front tire I was unable to get to air up. Called a dealer and took it all in and they got um finished. The tech said they had trouble getting it to air up too. The sidewall on these tires is very stiff and mounting the last sidewall requires it be pressed into the center channel of the rim to get enough space to stretch over the rim. I just could not compress that sidewall. If you choose these tires, I recommend you take them to a shop that has the equipment to save yourself the frustration. I put some balancing beads in before reinstallation.

Tried them out yesterday on some rock and gravel covered roads and the traction was excellent. They have that knobby bumpy roll at low speed, but otherwise so far, they have also shown good traction on the street. They feel very smooth at speed.
