Top Bag Installation
If I am going to have a runabout town motorcycle to go get things and bring them home again I am going to need a bag. I don't fancy wearing a backpack every single time I want to go out.
So enter the 15" Voyager Folding Toolbag This is a consumable item that will be replaced so no need for rocket science anymore. Punched holes and zip ties it is. After zipping the bag to the carry frame, top down view. Now to pick out some bungee cords to always be inside the bag in case they are needed on an item pickup at some remote location. I originally had a red strap outside but that was too racy and knowing how I love the new street oriented gearing on my 6 speed Templar X 250 I don't want any speeding tickets . So Blue it is, though I threw in 3 yellows in case I bring anything back they will be highly visible contrasted agains the black of the carry bag. And installed, and all zipped up and ready to zoom down the road. It is freeing not having to backpack it on the bike. Eat your heart out BMW and Ducati expensive panniers. $8.95 from Harbor Freight! Once I find a nicer looking small belt or black nylon belt I will remove the blue outside bungee and toss it in the bag as well.
