Qlink XF200 SM Front Sprocket Change over
Ok here is a Picture of my 2009 Qlink XF200 Front Sprocket 15T - It is the one I just took off.
The NEW 16T Sprocket I put on was ordered from http://www.jetsrus.com Part #550-16T - I believe they list it as a Suzuki DR-125 Sprocket. The Sprocket was an Exact fit, with Not Problems. The Socket to remove the Sprocket NUT is a 28mm - I Found somewhere in the forums it was listed as a 24mm - That is InCorrect. You are also going to want to use an Air Impact to get it off as well. It was super tight - The impact made the job so much easier! Just thought I'd put a few more notes out here about changing the sprocket over in Hopes that it helps someone. Ride Safe! Does anybody know the JT sprocket cross reference for the 16T? From what I can find, the JTF409-16 is what is listed to fit the 86-88 DR125, which is the same application for the Sprocket Specialist 550-16.
eBay has a bunch of JT sprockets for like $10, or BikeBandit for $13. I was just wondering if anyone had confirmation of this. I tried searching, and nothing came up for the XF. Here is the drawing:

Okay, thanks. I did read that the extra width around the center is too much and needs to be machined off. Just curious that they are both sold for the same application.

For what it's worth - 2LZ got one not long ago and it was back ordered but he got it.....These are direct bolt on. Mine was super tight had to air Impact it off! 28mm - That was the hard part. Other then that EasyPeezy.
When I did Order mine awhile back they were having website issues, but I e-mailed them (Mike) e-mailed me right back right away and was very helpful. Great Customer Service I think.....Would buy from Again.....

Their supplier, Sprocket Specialists, did accidently let it slip through the cracks temporarily but got right on it and I got it quick after that. The sprocket all but jumped right on. I ended up ordering the 44T sprocket for the rear from Mike....and it only comes in the 'more expensive aluminimum version'. That's fine. I think that's what I'm taking off anyway. He did say, "Expect 2 weeks. They need to make it." Fresh sprocket! Straight out of the oven! I can't wait to try the 16/44 combo on the road. It should really give it some commuting legs.
