As far as I can tell, the DR125 has a different bolt pattern, Allen.

Chain?

Hummm, I have no idea what the chain is? Im guessing it has to be some kind of standard size cloned after a japanese bike. The bike is a 2009 Tmec200-1

I'm pretty sure you have a size 428, drive chain, Mike. Measure the distance between the centers of two link pins, and you can know for certain.

How about changing over to a 520 chain. Swap the front sprocket too.

Front Sprocket

I looked at the front sprocket, and the chain is really close to the caseing already so I couldnt fit a larger sprocket on there.

As I expected, that's a 428 drive chain. You can verify that fact by searching the internet. A 428 drive chain has 1/2-inch (13mm) spacing between pins.

You would use a 520 sprocket with less teeth, but same diameter. Then find a smaller 520 rear sprocket that matches. Of course this would cost more money.

I'm not convinced that the DR200 sprocket will fit. The JT sprocket has two bolt patterns, but they're both equidistant around the bolt circle. The bolts on Mike's rear sprocket are arranged in groups of two.

I don't think that a 520 conversion is the answer yet. Just my $0.02

I agree. The 428 drive chain is plenty strong for these 200cc motorcycles; I wouldn't want to add the extra weight, and extra resistance that comes along with a 520 drive chain.

I find it hard to believe the Chinese didn't copy this 428 rear sprocket from another Japanese motorcycle. I'm sure if one searched the J.T. Sprockets catalogue, he would find a Japanese sprocket that matches this one.

This weekend

I may just take the rear sprocket off and while Im in Seattle hit up Bent bikes and just find one with a bolt pattern that fits, I have a feeling a Renthal would work.
