Thorgram - My Bike is New and I only have 150km on her.It is kept inside 24/7 68 degree temps. - With that said it's never been washed or cleaned to date since, taking it out of the crate. I'm sure the more I ride it the dirtier it will get. I have no intentions of mudding the shit out of it, just to prove i ride it. I ride it, just not 24/7 like some here. It's not my only toy. LOL I Have no intentions of riding in inclimate weather either - I don't have to, nor do I care to. I'm glad you like the shininess of a new machine as most do, but that only last so long.....Ride Safe and Ride on....

I hear you man.
I'm starting to feel the primal call of multi-bike filled garage. Several next paychecks will determine that though.

Don't get mad Andrew I'm just messin with ya. I understand that many other things come first especially family and work. I used to keep my bikes all spiffed up too when I had a garage and only rode on the weekends. Its fun to have a clean ride others can enjoy looking at. Since I have to leave my bikes outside and I ride 24/7-365 I tend to shy away from shineys and farkles and dont worry much about how clean they are but I do keep them mechanically sound.

I use to search out mud but call me a old wimp because I avoid mud and getting my bikes dirty. Also I baby all my vehicles and that seems to work for me.

Also my favorite ride around here in the city is my SYM HD200 scooter. Give it the gas and go. The scooter won't work (wrong image but I have outgrown that) for the macho guys/girls but is great for me.

I avoid mud too. The desert dust washes off easily but mud takes longer and tends to make a mess in the driveway. I also like clean bikes, and cars and trucks. They can all expect a bath usually as soon as they get home if they got dirty. The exception is the PP400. It's just passing throrugh.

Don't worry, Andrew. There's nothing wrong with the Multiple Bike/Clean Bike Syndrome. Dirt has nothing to do with miles. It has to do with cleaning hours invested. 8)
I suffer from the same syndrome. To me, bike/garage cleaning is a beer drinking sport!

I love to ride, but I don't enjoy getting my bike dirty, either. Also, I absolutely hate to ride in the rain! I don't blame you for not wanting to ride in inclement weather, Andrew.

But thats the only kind of weather he gets where he lives except for about 2 wks in august. Maybe the chinese will start making snowmobiles soon.

With a name like Andrew you would think he would like riding in the rain and cold as well as sun shiney days :P

I hate the rain too.

I think the Chinese DO make snowmobiles, BTW.

Haha! Just ran across this....
Nope......that's an older pic. The Man Cave has had a complete make-over, since this was taken. The red Hensim is gone, the red Vic Kingpin has been eviicted to it's owners house, the Q has been added and also, the Husky is now being stored 'off sight', among other changes. It's much more organized now!
