That last pic is how I remember the UK. Just like home for me.

Thanks for posting the great photos, Dapp. The countryside and your Suzuki both look wonderful.

No, I live in the Vancouver, BC area, and the weather is just like that all winter. I visited the UK once several years ago, and the weather felt just like home.

Its not all beautiful scenery over here though. Here's my bike at an abandoned filling station that I found when I was on a ride this afternoon:

Beautiful bike, definitely up near the top of my "do want" list. Yours looks spotless.
And honestly, I think there is a strange beauty to abandoned buildings. I find them fascinating, and there are some websites dedicated to old abandoned places.

I agree, there is a certain beauty to abandoned buildings, I think it's something about how the human mind attempts to picture what it would have been like in the past!
The bikes not as clean as the pictures make out, the plastics are starting to fade and there's patches of rust springing up on the frame, that said I do look after it as well as I can! Glad you like it! ![]()

That's the first time I've ever seen a delorean on the road, and I've watched way too much back to the future in my lifetime so was quite impressed!
It was on the back of the tow truck as it had suffered a complete power failure. Found out the next morning that one off the connector blocks going from the RR to the wiring loom was quite corroded, now I've got the RR linked straight to the battery and it's charging better than ever! Thanks for the concern ![]()
