It's hard to see the warped part in the pics but it looks pretty rough in person. So if anyone has a side or all the plastics please let me know! I'll buy them!

Maybe you can persuade the plastic to move back into shape with a heat gun. You could try applying gentle pressure and a little heat and see what happens.

As usual, I agree with Weld. Heat warped the plastic in the first place; heat can probably put the plastic back to its original shape.

I'll give it a shot! By chance does anyone know how much fork oil my bike takes?

I don't know the proper volume of fork oil for you bike. However, I suggest you collect and measure the old oil you drain from the forks, and replace it with the same amount.

Lol that was my initial thought until I drained them. 1 had approx 175ml in it and the other had about 50ml in it. :/ geez maybe that's why it felt funny! I ended up putting in 200ml of mobil 1 sythetic atf. Wow what a difference that made. All of my seals are good so the only thing I can figure is when I took my forks off and had them laying down in the garage they leaked somehow. Went and got inspected today. Then I road to work which is a 48 mile trip one way. Longest ride I've made to date but it did great! Let's just hope it does as good on the way home!

Id like to thank everyone on this forum for helping me with everything you have. I was completely clueless on this bike just like what 2 weeks ago. I've spent hours reading posts here and have learned so much so thank all of you!

Good for you!

You are very welcome; we are happy to help. You are going to enjoy the Mobile1 Synthetic ATF in your forks; it's doing a great job in my Zong's forks!

I doubt that the forks leaked; it's more likely that they had a dissimilar amount from the factory. I think you made a wise choice at 200ml per side.

Are you questioning the Chinese "quality control" at the factory, Weld? 8O

I agree; I doubt the forks leaked while lying down in your garage. A volume of 200ml of oil per fork is working very well with my Zong. I was going to add a bit more Mobile1 Synthetic ATF to each fork, but I'm not in a hurry to do so, since my forks are working so well.
