So confused on these atvs

Ok, looking at an atv on Craigslist, the guy that is selling apparently doesn't know e brand. From the pic it's either a gio mini hummer or JCL 110cc. Are these the same thing? They sure look like the same.
He is selling the atv for $100 stating the only way he can get it to start is spraying carb cleaner in it and it runs fine. But he has to do this every time to start I guess. nyways, any ideas?

A lot of the atv's are identical and just rebadged with a different name. I think the price is very reasonable if it runs and drives good otherwise. If it has the handlebar mounted choke I'm guessing the choke is not closing and that's why he's using starting fluid... Might be something to check out

. Watch out for smokers though, its also possible that it has very low compression. His asking price is less money than it costs me to fill the tank on my F150!
