Alot of questions...

I just got a Coolsport QH200GY and I have a few questions:

!.) Are they the same as the Lifan's?...are they all the same?

2.) Has anyone done any suspension work on them? I want to raise the rear suspension.

3.) Why no big bore kits yet?

I'm a newbie to this, so...

I believe that they are. I have a Skygo, which after a few internet searches and looking at the stickers appears to be another name for Lifan.

Most of these bikes are very similar. The coolsport looks alot like the lifan. I am sure most of the parts interchange.

The letters QH in front of the 200GY makes it sound like a Hi-Bird to me..

Where did you get the bike from? Post some pics if you can,..

Here is a QH200gy that is identified as a HI-BIRD, does it look like yours?: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Other...6178QQtcZphoto

Personally I think the HI-BIRD's are very good. At least thats been my experience so far.

Good luck with it!!

1. No they are not. for both of your first questions.
2. See the thread that Red2003 out up.
3. Because these bikes have not been around long enough and a lot of them will be leaving. Until there is a steady flow from a Distributor the aftermarket world will not be making parts for them because of their differences.

I am surprised that there are not any engine upgrades since most use the Lifan or Zongshen engine. I can see the rest of the bike not having parts available.

Anyway the bikes are similar, but all different.

i would say give it another year or 2 before you start seeing really any kind of aftermarket for these... For the most part now, its all hit or miss. Trial and error. Most of the upgrades we have done to these is using knowledge from upgrading other bikes. We just apply those techniques to these.
