You can purchase a 21-inch front wheel for the Roketa DB-07A from Roketa.com. It will fit the forks of your Zongshen ZS200GY-2. You can find this information in the Zong Sticky, located at the top of the Dual Sport Forum.

You will need to purchase custom spokes if you wish to lace an 18-inch rim to the stock rear hub. You cannot use the spokes from the Zong's front wheel.

No, that is a standard, Chinese front wheel, which will not fit the forks and brake caliper of the Zongshen ZS200GY-2.

I just visited the Roketa.com website, and I see they no longer sell parts for the DB-07A. I cannot verify this information, but it appears the front wheel for the Roketa DB-06 might fit your ZS200GY-2.

You need to examine the dimensions for the brake rotor, et cetera, and contact Roketa.com to verify if this wheel will fit your bike.

However, you can also lace a 21-inch rim to your stock hub using the standard, 21-inch Lifan spokes. Also, if you send a personal message to Weldangrind, he might be able to help you to order 21-inch custom spokes from Buchanan's Spoke & Rim.
