That reads to ME, PAST tense, as in ALREADY have refunded your $500.00.

Again, I call BS. I went online to Discover. NOT listed or in pending transactions (waiting on paperwork, etc) as you should know.

NOPE, again! He looked today, and yesterday, for anything filed (even pending).

Nope, NADA, ZIP!

So, YOU HAVE NOT refunded my card!!!!!!

No harm no foul, here. Just DO AS YOU SAY! Please. I'd have damn sure paid my (ex) customers card before saying so, especially under the circumstances!
