The Walking Dead / Daryl Dixon Motorcycle

Any Walking Dead fans here? I'm not a real fan, but Mrs. Weldangrind is. When it's on TV, that's what we're watching.

I was most interested in Daryl's bike, so I looked it up: http://www.bikeexif.com/daryl-dixon-motorcycle

Neat machine, as zombie apocalypse bikes go.

Kind of reminds me of that Honda prototype they teased us with a few months ago.

I don't have cable or satellite, but I know Greg Nicotero, and his partner at KNB effects, Howard Berger (the company that does the effects for the show). When I watched it a few years back, could not keep up with the plot, however, and come to think of it, Sons of Anarchy went downhill fast as well (plus, they were NOT on Chinese bikes ).

There are a couple of form and function points I really like about this bike. The Yamaha R6 front end has rotors that are large enough to mask the rims, so the casual observer can't tell that the front rim doesn't match the Honda rear rim. Also, I really like the canvas bag that was fitted into the triangle, a spot that is normally naked on customs like this.

The crossbow mount is just the icing on the cake.
