Kohburn, Sorry to be a burr under your saddle but the TT guys will love you for it.

"Our existing axle copper bush height is 24.00mm, but we can change from 24.00mm to 29.5mm according to your TT 250 sensor, and it takes about 2-3 days, if you can accept 24.00mm height, then we can send our existing sensor with 24.00 mm height right now. Please let us know your decisions.

Please see the detailed size difference. our size is marked yellow color after your number. we guess the difference is just measures tolerance between you and me."

The rib on the casting is not critical. All of those dimensions should work fine except the bushing height. 5-6mm is a pretty big difference. I would have to shim it with washers.

if you want me to test fit one then just have them send the one as is. I can use a $0.60 bronze thrust bushing or a couple stainless washers to space it out.

would hate for you to get a bunch and have them not fit properly.

I was amazed at how easy this cluster is to install. Big thumbs up to mjstef for making this truly plug and play. I only bought this because my speedo cable snapped internally and after riding on this for a couple days I cant imagine going back. This is a much nicer cluster than stock and gives you all the feedback you need. I do plan on replacing the clamp on connector to the tach at somepoint, but its solid for now. I also really like having the gear indicator. Also my total time from walking in the garage to test ride was less than an hour! Great mod.

The hawk tach cluster is awesome. I wish I could find a way to cut sun glare. The install was easy, the cluster works flawlessly
