Perhaps some fiber is a good idea.

LOL! What W&G said...
I'm glad it's running better! None of these CB's are too hard really. It's why I like them. I can get something brand new...but go back in time and wrench on a Chevy 350-type of bike. My old neighbor bought a new Honda 450 MX bike and it wasn't running right out of the dealer. He asked me if I thought it was something simple. I looked a that bike and said "take it to the dealer". It would be like working on a new Corvette to this garage wrench.

Set my valve lash and it definitely improved idle. Factory was too tight. The Rhino feels better overall but still not right. I can't make power in the run position I have to open the choke a quarter to 3/8 and then she pulls but still hesitates up top. Im guessing I'm lean. Is a carb replacement my only option. I haven't pulled the carb but from what I read you can't change jets can you clean them atleast?

That is lean. That could be caused by a air leak or bad gas. Ethanol is great about sucking water out of the air this time of year. Make sure your manifold has a good seal to the carb & your filter boot is snug. You should be able to adjust your mix & replace jets. If you posted pictures of both sides & the bottom of the carb it would make it easier to tell you what to do.
