Do you have a compression tester? It would be interesting to know if the cylinders are within 10% of each other. Love that Lincoln!

Yes I do, Weld. Two, to be exact, because I couldn't find my good seventy year old one. So, I bought one from HF. Got home and set it down right next to the one I couldn't find.

Anywho, on a warm engine that just had 5 ounces of Seafoam shot into each carb and smoked the neighborhood. 124 psi on the cylinder giving me problems and 118 on the other.

One last carb issue to suss and that is new fuel filters and rerouting fuel lines.
