main difference to the JTF 328 is the distance from the 2 holes (Honda -JTF 266-=34mm),
wheras your choosen sprocket has 35 mm. I hope yours will fit. Confirmation would be great.

Is it possilbe the you measure the inner diameter of your "original" sprocket?
17mmm, 17.5mm or 18mm?? and the thickness over all, which may be 7 or 8mm....?

the inner Diameter of the original (as delivered, 12 teeth) sprocket is 17.0 mm.
The thickness is "not important" as far as the Profile (lateral cut) is dissymetric. you have to Mount the sprocket that the Offset with the smaller Diameter is looking to the Motor. the effect of changing the front sprocket from 12 teeth to 13 theeth is, that the behaviour concerning Maximum motor turns, end Speed and torque changes a lot. 12 teeth: max. Motor turns up to 7000 rpm, end Speed 105 km/h, torque very good 13 teeth: max. Motor turns between 6000 rpm and 6500rpm, end Speed between 100 km/h and 105 km/h, torque moderate I fear that with changing to 14 teeth you will arrive a Point where the effects will be negative. the Motor has not enough power. I am just thinking about changing the rear sprocket with one tooth more. the effect stepts by changing the rear sprocket are smaller. but I have not yet the real specification of this sprocket. front sprocket rear sprocket ratio 12 35 0,34 12 34 0,35 original 12 33 0,36 13 35 0,37 13 34 0,38 new |

Now .. I measured by myself:
front sprocket: it is out of stock (serial Version): 13t (as mentioned in the manual) inner diameter 17,0 mm (i agree with yours) next diameter 20 mm (i agree with yours) distance hole to hole 34 mm (I agree with yours) thickness over all : 7 mm (I agree that doesn´t matter if 7 or 8mm) slot : 4mm (I agree with yours) So .. i´m astonished that you have one with 12t mounted original??? please check once more.

V-raptor frontsprocket 13T->14T
Today I canged the frontsprocket from 13 T to one with 14 teeth.
What I gained is a overall lower level of rpm. And you can reach higher speed in the lower gears. What I lost is highspeed. On a short, very short test drive I only get 100 km/h speed. on the same road I reached 105-110 km/h before change. I guess now the ratio is too long and the engine doesn´t reach his power peak. okay... I will see, if I let it in this way or if I change back. BTW: Mounted was a JTF329 13T (serial concerning to the manual)
