I spotted some on taobao I think it was, but I'd rather find a US based source.

Yah, I got lucky. I bought one while we were waiting for Mrs 2LZ TT250 to show up (boat deal, long wait). It's sitting on my shelf waiting to be used when her original one eventually fails. China rubber is not the best stuff. Add heat to it and it's even worse.

That's why I getting one when ever they are available. I like to know how many I have changed over the years on atv's.

Well thanks there 2LZ. I found one on aliExpress. Never ordered from them before but nows a good time to start I suppose...


This MUST have been there from day one and was very tiny. This bike has never ran better than it does now with the rtv on there.

AliExpress is great. Kinda slow shipping, but the cheap cost makes up for that. Wish.com and Geek.com have some great cheap dirt bike accessories as well.....

Please post a link. I looked there earlier but couldn't find the angled manifold only the straight one.

Yah.... I think that the rubber fused manifold are that way to possibly keep some of the harmonic vibration off the carb????....is the only thing I can think of. It can't be to stifle heat from the motor because not many substances sheds heat like aluminum.
It will be interesting to get more of these solid manifolds out there and in service to see how they do. Like I said, I've not had any issues with them but I don't ride hard either.

Funny thing was my Lifan motor (X-Moto) took the manifold flipped one way and the TT250 takes it flipped the other way. It's just a matter of which way the carb points coming off the motor.

The cool things is they come with the rubber washer built in too! No need to peel it out of your existing manifold.
