Hawk arrived with major damage
Purchased Hawk Enduro from Motobuys. Delivery truck showed up without scheduling delivery and the pallet and bike were crushed. Driver blamed packaging. Motobuys said they will ship another???Anyone else have similar experience?

I had the same thing happen with my Magician I bought from Superior Power Sports, it took about 2 months from the day I paid for it. It was a long 2 months but I eventually got it and I could not be happier.

Hawk showed up damaged see pictures
Here are some photos of the Hawk I purchased from Motobuys. They said that they would send another. Truck driver blamed the packaging. Frame, rim, fluid leak damage. Didn't even bother looking at front of crushed container. Will let y'all know if Motobuys is good for their word and if the second Hawk arrives alright.

Still at your place?
Is the damaged bike still at your address, or did you refuse delivery?
Good luck! |

I refused shipment. The driver said he is a one way deliverer, contracted by Central Freight and normally wouldn't take it back, but would send someone. I told him absolutely not. He did take it back. He said the pallet was to small and packaging was horrible. I agree with other's who posted that a Fork Lift rammed or ran over it. I am a little nervous about Motobuys sending me another. Do the same thing and get same results... For thier sake, I hope they use another reliable carrier. Someone posted that another seller took two months to ship their replacement. Two months would be the fall season, pretty much the end of riding season around here. I will let everyone how Motobuys treats me. Thanks!

Not sticking up for anyone here, but just throwing this out there.... that could have happened from any number of his stops... in my experience the truck drivers pull up, hand shipping and recieving a load slip, then the company that is recieving the product unloads... and doesnt give 2 craps about anyone elses payload but thier own...

why would the driver even bother to say anything??? a washing machine would be just as damaged if a fork was rammed through it . silly how they will still put it on the truck and try to deliver it.
