Newbie questions

Ok, I hope these questions have not been asked before, but here it goes:
1. The rubbers between the fins on my motor, are they packaging and to be removed or should they stay? I'm sure airflow will be better without them.
2. Choke. My choke is located at my left thumb. If I engage it, should it stay and be pushed back manually? Mine does not, I have to hold it there. If it is suppose to stay there, how do I adjust it to stay there.
3. Breather pipe. I guess it is normal to be blowing air out at the breather pipe? My motor only has 77km on it, does it change as the motor run in?
4. When greasing the shaft for the swingarm, how do I know when it is "full"?
5. Is there is noticeable advantage of enlarging the exhaust outlet? Does it not harm the motor, like burn the valves?
6. Has anybody messed around with the ports on their bikes. Inlet, smoothed, outlet polished?
7. Should I torque the head after the motor in run in.
8. I have a problem that my front tyre does not seat properly on the rim, I think it is because it was flat for too long. I've deflated and painted it with soap and it seats better now, but it still has a bit of a wobble in it. Any tips?
9. By looking at the spark plug, how will I know if I need to move my needle?
10. Trick question. If a Honda/Suzuki costs 3 times more than my bike, does it mean it is 3 times more reliable, 3 times quicker or will last 3 times longer?

10. More reliable, could last ???X longer, not too much faster.
9. If the plug is black, or white it needs moving, or re-jetting.

5. theoretically yes. Cone filters let more air in. Rejetting lets more gas in. Hole in pipe lets more exhaust out. More in and more out means more going through, thus better performance.
4. ? I've read "Use lots."

rubbers between fins eat vibration . Also give some structural strength to the fins so the don't snap off easy.

You are asking questions about the bike.

The rubbers can stay. Antivibe devices.

My choke moves itself back and it is good because you can't forget to push it back.

The cheap CST tires don't seat the best.

As far as the choke goes that is an easy fix. If you follow the cable down to the carb you will see bracket that hold the outer tube. Loosen the phillips head screw and move the cable down as needed then retighten. That should fix the choke problem.
