Is Safer Wholesale Safe? - Page 10

So I've placed my order for the Hawk 2 250cc with the 17 digit VIN and updated guage cluster. This is really a Bashan Enforcer from what I see stamped on the swing arm BS250GDY-18D. After reading all the negative reviews on Safer I called again, immediately got a REP who did lookup my order and re confirm the bike is in stock and should arrive in 10-15 days. I'll keep posting status so folks can learn if these guys do totally suck or not.

Ps- the rep said they won the lawsuit filed against them by the state of Illinois for what that's worth...

i ordered from them last year, they were slow at processing the order and were not helpful when i would call and ask them about it. but, they did get it to me and it arrived undamaged. so i think if they are confirming the order with you, then it will be all good...now it is just a waiting game,the hardest part!

Quick update - got my shipping info Monday, placed the order Friday night. That's encouraging...

I just plain boycott saferwholesale due to the annoying pop ups. Any company that treats its customers to window blocking pop ups just cares about getting your money and not servicing their customers.

Don at APSCUSA is a stand up guy who took care of me when my son's go kart came damaged by FEDex. He shipped me new parts just based as son as I told him about the damage. Good luck the pop up jerks.

Yep, The pop ups steered me away too. I had the same experience with APSCUSA. Nothing but good service. I know some people had issue the beginning of last year but I think that was more of a warehouse not having the product issue due to the shortage of Hawks and the Enforcer being stuck in customs. I would buy from Don again.

Just received my Bashan Enforcer 250. Ordered it on Friday night 1/12. Came undamaged and I was very pleased with the communication from Safer Wholesale and Road Runner Transportation. I'm looking forward to assembling and lock tighting all the proper bolts as recommended. I'd say that the order would have hit their system on Monday 1/15, some weather delayed shipping for a day so these guys made good on their shipping promise of 15 days. They always picked up the phone and people were professional and helpful.
