Nice way to get started.

Local dealer support should minimize the worry, too! 8)

When did the dealer say you must bring it back for the first oil change.

cooldon rides again

I didn't actually do 100 miles in one trip maybe 5 or 6 for the first couple on friday so maybe 30 to 40 miles , did yardwork saturday morning then rode it up to 158 miles get it warmed up ,let it cool down check it over make sure things are tight ,fire it up and ride some more . I 'm gonna do my first oil change at 250 and save it for the dealer to look at, the bike is really nice it handles really good . I cranked most of the tension out of the coil over too get it to set lower , just really would like it to be a little lower though . don't like standing on my tippy toes . BTW it's been almost 30 yrs since i've riden and you guys made feel at home thank you

I hope the dealer didn't put it on the road with that junky oil-like substance, and gave you the first oil change already!! 8O

I am so sorry ! I thought the odometer was reading mileage when I find out today they are still reading KILLO'S , so I'e put about 90 miles on it . I wondered why my butt didn't hurt yet. NO Eric (the dealer) Hirt from
HIRTMOTORSPORTS.COM is straight up about this stuff ,changed out junk stuff with 15w40 castro oil. I'm breaking or breaking it in running between 5000 and 6000 rpms. so I thought I would change it out early.
