Ah, give it time, you'll be a cranky old man like the rest of us. Going bald, too many things to do and not enough life left to get them all done in. It starts at around 30 years of age, by 40 you are starting to get a good understanding of what it takes to be a full time bass turd... Don't despair, once you move out of your parent's house and get married for the first time, you'll be well on your way towards being the malcontent mother nature intended.

Who's being cranky?

In a month this guy goes from newbie-screwed-by-the-dealer-oh-what-do-I-do?...

to...

God's gift to chinabikes... I have Lifan, hear me roar, my mods are too great to ignore?

Please

Did you purposely leave the D off so it would rime? thats cute..

We need some females in here to calm the males down and reward them for being good and not fighting.

I guess because I got screwed by ATVD that means im not capable of modding my own bike..

I am lion.. here my roar!

Not only will my XR4 walk from your chinkcycle, my daughter would walk from your chinkcycle on her modded [yes a White Bothers CDI, and a few other mods] XR/Lifan hybrid bike.

Perhaps you can improve space travel next...

Side by side off the line they are about the same except my first gear is a little shorter so when I let off to shift to second his bike gains about 2-3 lengths after they stay even till 75ish then his bike actually begins to top out and I gain back the 2-3 lengths as I pass 80 mph. Offroad they are similar except when at a very slow crawl in first going up a hill I have to ride the clutch or go faster where his engine does not stall out as easy at very low rpms under a load.

Porterz, what you're saying is pretty similar to what I heard from Bataycan. He said his overbored, highly modded GY could race with a 400.

Mind you, I didn't see any video of that . . .

Personally, I would be surprised if anything in the GY series could keep up with any 400, except maybe a Honda CM400 or something similarly slow and old. I know a 200cc bike can do a lot with the right gearing and a higher rev limit (like the CBR 125, or MotoGP bikes), but I doubt these Chinese machines have enough snot to do that. I've yet to see video of it, that's for sure.

-shrugs- I'm just sayin'..... if what you're saying is so, I'd like to see proof. I'm all for having a faster motorcycle, and I appreciate people who go out on a limb, mod their machines, and share their tips with others. If not . . . quit wasting everyone's time.[/i]
