I'm stuck and going to snap.

Ok so I am having a really hard time trying to reinstall my rear tire. I needed to take swing arm off, and suspension and rear tire and take chain to put rubber chain slider on . Any how as I was taking the rear tire off the bike fell off the stand and I didnt catch how the spacers were installed and the tire and everything went flying lol. I attached pics for ref. I'm really ready to snap as I cannot figure this out. I Do know the big spacer came from the chain side which is the left side.also the brake caliper bracket cannot fit . It's either I leave a spacer out and it fits or I put the spacers in and the bracket doesnt fit please help. I cannot find a video for these cheesy bikes.everything fits without the tire as I soon I try putting the tire it's a no go. please someone help as I'm rdy to throw this pos in the trash just prob after problem.

The caliper mount is definitely on backwards in these pictures. The guide/sliding pin is pointing outbound of the swingarm. The caliper needs to adjust inside the swingarm in order to put the caliper over the disc (from what I've seen on other bikes).

Have you tried putting the caliper on the mount, the mount over the disc, and the wheel into the swingarm without the axle to get an idea of relative positioning?

What is the brand/model of the bike? Without that, others with the same model/brand can't help with assembled pictures.

EDIT: correction...did the caliper ride below the swingarm? the adjuster slot on that plate is right, but I can't see a caliper working inside the arm with the pin facing out. Try the no-axle assembly recommended above...the spacing between the components should become self-evident.

The caliper mount bracket can only go on 1 way. It does not fit if I put it in the other way. The bike is an Orion 150cc the vin had a year of 2010 on it.

Thanks for the info...that should help stir up some on the board with a similar/same model. Please try mounting the caliper to the bracket and hanging off the disc to see if the spacer placement becomes apparent when you slide things in without the axle.

So I have asked a relative to assist me in this. And it was pretty much inexperience on my end on how to assemble it back together.
