Hello I'm thomas
I just bought an 07 taotao 250-D, I'm new to the bike so have a few questions. I have not had any spark so I replace everything up to the stator witch was next on my to do list, once I bought everything else and still no spark I decided it was time to remove stator cover. To my surprise there was a decent amount of oil in there. Is this suppose to be that way?

Welcome Thomas, as I am not an expert here, are many here that are experts. Lots of knowledge and kind folks.

Disconnect the kill wire from your CDI to rule out any bad safety switches killing the spark.
