I'm going to use part of the shipping crate to make my engine to frame brace.Along with those rubber pads and bracket that held the atv's axle during shipping.

Got my bracket welded up,not pretty because I had to flux core weld it,out of C25 gas.Now to figure out what size bolt and thread pitch the motor has on that tab sticking down.Now to give it a coat of some Rustoleum black satin paint and it should be good to go.

Got my working hour meter from TxPowerSports on a warranty claim today in the mail and got it installed.Now am able to keep up with oil changes and what not.

Got the brace I made installed,it was engineered and drawn up with that brace and don't know why they would eliminate it.That brace was put there to counter the torque being applied to that side of the engine because of the sprocket driving the chain.I feel better knowing it's on there now.I don't know why they couldn't include it so the owner could put it on while assembling after you have the footrest cage on.

I just didn't want to weld on the frame and weaken it.It did take some of the vibration away but still more than I would like,really vibrates your feet on the footrest.
I would suggest to anyone who has recently bought one to look into making a brace,couldn't hurt.
The bolt that screws into the motor tab is a M8-1.25 x 30mm,actually wanted a 40mm long bolt so I could add a locking nut but couldn't find one locally.

I just wonder if it would hurt the battery charging system to put a 12ah or 14ah battery on it?If I'm going to put a winch and some extra lights on it,a bigger battery would help.I don't see the battery that come on these lasting through the winter.

I hope so but I can live with what I got.I just now got a working hour meter so I haven't rode it all that much yet.Thinking about going to Harbor Freight and buying that little 10 cu. foot cart they got.

I don't know if you can use a 20% coupon or not but I got a 25% coupon that can only be used on Labor Day.

I've been seriously considering buying one of these to replace my little FourTrax, but I have some questions. How wide are they? Do you have to worry about the CVT belt getting wet and slipping? Has no one gotten more than 39mph out of it? (FourTrax 200D will do 42mph) Can you get a performance exhaust for it? And finally is there a better option for the price?
