How to jet the carb ?

When i open throttle while riding, bike starts to jerk, even opening it as little as 1/4 turn.

Does NOT bog in neutral.

My fuel/air mix screw is at 2-1/2 turns out and needle is NOT shimmed.
Bike idles normal, does NOT jerk when opening throttle while in neutral, only when riding.

I obviously need to jet the carb but i need to know 2 things please:
What type of jets i need to order
What jets size i need at the elevation 0 to 250 feet at most.

Judging by the THEORETICAL concept of carburetors show below, problem starts at the needle.

Thank you in advance.

Sounds like clutch is slipping. I had that. Does the oil look like mud? Mine does with steaks in it..Search on crank case ventilation oil water separator if your bike has that
