For sure. I think I'm done doing any major wrenching on the bike this year, just gonna ride it. It's my DD and the cold weather is coming, shopping heated jackets atm. Definitely will revisit this in the Spring as I'm planning some long adventure riding then.

Here's a part number you could try:
52101-KYJ-900 - It is a swingarm pivot bolt for the Honda CBR300R/CB300F/CBR250R/CMX300 the nut: 90305-KCJ-951 Here is another option (I think that it might be a bit shorter, closer to what you need) 52101-MJ0-000 - CB750 1991-2000 Swingarm pivot bolt and nut: 90305-GE8-003 And another possibility: 52101-MGZ-J00 - CB500F Swingarm pivot bolt (this one is possibly the shortest) and nut: 90305-KCJ-951 I would check them out (they might have to be ordered, but you can always decide you don't want it). They should be the right diameter, because they ride inside of a 6202 bearing, which is also 15mm i.d. If none of those work, I could dig up some more, but I figured that those would be more readily available than some of the options, and for the 500/300, since they're made in Thailand, the parts are almost always really cheap. |
