Kid's bike, not pit bike. Advice Needed

I put my question over in the "pure dirt" section of Chinariders, but there may be people in this area who can give good advice.

https://www.orionpowersports.com/pit-bikes/ I'd start here small pit bikes 50cc-110cc are essentially kids bikes. Orion's website is just the nicest to look at imo.

Yup...I've purchased from them for myself (RXB250), and I love the service I get from their company. Unfortunately, the lowest 12/14 combo they have listed is at 28" seat height before any "squat"...I need something at least two inches shorter to work for what I need.

Looks like I'll be leaving the kids on too-small bikes until they fit on the bigger stuff. Either that, or I'll be forced to buy too-expensive, too-heavy Japanese stuff.
