X-Pro Hawk 250 Service Manual?

I know, I know, it probably doesn't exist but I thought I'd ask anyway.

I'm looking for the part number/model of spark plug. I just ordered my first China bike on Amazon and am looking to prep a bit for the suggested "fixes" during setup.

Been riding/wrenching for almost 30 years but always like to have some paper in front of me when working on a bike if possible. Couldn't find a link on this forum, so I'm thinking one doesn't really exist. But if it does, I'd appreciate a link or at least the spark plug information.

Cheers and glad to have found this forum.

Check in the sticky that NZ linked. There are a few link in there for the CG125 engine for which these are a clone of. Plug is a NGK 2202.

My sticky doesn't actually include spark plug info... Talk about an oversight that needs correction lol.

If you aren't willing to spend as much on a plug as the NGK 2202 (aka DPR8EIX-9). Then the more cost friendly option is the copper core NGK 5829 (DP8EA) or 4929 (DPR8EA). Which you can then set our gap as you please. The 2202 is pre-gapped to .036 (0.9mm) hence the -9. You can also run a non projected electrode version (no P), which will then just be a D8EIX or D8EA (closest to stock style).

You can run either a resistor or non-resisted plug with these bikes. The factory plug is non resistor. I prefer a resistor plug for a few reasons, but it isn't entirely necessary.

Great, thanks for the very specific rundown. I've actually read through the sticky more than once and did some searching, so putting the info Megadan gave above into the sticky would avoid more forum newbs like me asking for this basic information.
