Zong rear wheel bushes - help finding.

Hi, I would like to buy new 4 bushes for the rear wheel, for the sprocket-hub connection. Bike iz Zongshen ZS200GY-A. But I cant find them! Maybe I do not know how to serch. Can someone please help finding. They are I:10mm O:24mm Lenght:20-21mm. Pic for clarifying.
Another question: Someone tried to remove the rubber bushes and make them solid? How?
EDIT: It would be good if someone can locate these bushes on AliEx, and not in America, because of shipping to Europe.
