Venom Grizzly 125 stuck float?
Hello, I have a few venom grizzly 125’s and one of them has a stuck float, causing fuel to drain out the over flow. My problem is the float bowl does not come apart?! I have put it in the ultrasonic anyhow but still no luck. Are there any replacement rebuildable carbs for these things?

I think you are mistaken. the bowl must separate, otherwise it could not have been manufactured with a plastic float inside.

I suppose I could use a screw extractor, and replace them with normal ones. |

I use a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel to cut a notch in the float bowl screws, then use a flathead screwdriver to remove them. Replace them with new screws. Then use a drill and drill a hole in the little plug coving the mixture screw and pull it out.

That’s a great idea, thank you. You don’t happen to know the replacement screw size do you?
