Need street tires.
I have decided that I will not be taking my bike off road .So I want to find some street tires for it.Does anyone have any suggestions on good street tires for the Bird?

I still like to go from street to trail, so Im not going for street tires..
But Denniskirk.com has a big selection to look at. NET

Thanks guys.Iv'e been searching the threads.I know it wasn't long ago I seen a post it may of been one of fatboy250's that showed a thread to some nice looking street tires.I'll keep searching as well as look at Denniskirks web site.

www.americanmototire.com has good prices and selection.
I have the duro median dual sport tires that work very well on the street. A set will run about $90 shipped. Allen

I just went to the gallery and looked at fatbot250's pics and I like those tires.
Kat. did you have any clearence problems? Did you have to make any adjustment to make them fit?

No problems. Just put them on. I have a stock sized rear and the front is the only 21" size listed there and it fits fine too. You could probably fit a little wider rear tire. IFront is a little larger than stock, but the street handling is much better. Ride is nice and smooth too.
Pure street tires will probably last longer though and be even better on the street. Allen
