40 Tooth Sprocket for the CSC tt250
Does anyone know what other brand sprockets will fit the tt250? CSC sells a 45t but I was wondering if a 40t was available.

CSC just sells the same JT Sprocket that us Hawk guys use. JTR269
https://www.amazon.com/JT-Sprockets-...001AVQJEE?th=1 The only difference is they sell 4 5mm thick spacers with them and instruct you to mount them with the groove facing out to make up for the missing offset the stock sprocket has. A couple of other TT250 owners here have mounted them without the spacers and said they noticed no issue with the chain alignment.

You can also just buy some of these guys if you want. https://www.aluminumspacers.com/spac...ole/mas16-10-5
In fact, they sell a decent variety of lengths so you could really fine tune the sprocket position if you wanted.

the sprocket and spacer from CSC is hardly marked up from bargain suppliers (30 vs 25). Get 1 sprocket with spacers and long bolts from CSC and then get the rest of your sprockets almost anywhere. Right now I have the stock 50, a 47 I had from my last TT250, and a 45 I bought from CSC. If I go 43 or 42 it may be aluminum.

No doubt, but an AL sprocket is a fraction of the cost of aluminum rims.

To each his own though. Like I said, I wouldn't do it myself, just my own opinion, doesn't mean I am right or you are wrong at all.
