Need help with my ATV!!

Hi everyone, I have a 250cc chinese ATV called "Marchin", I bought it used from someone who had it and didnt know how to use it. Im trying to find a new carburetor intake that will fit. I need help from someone experienced with these machines. I usually order parts from a store called VMC, I have found multiple intakes in stock but only 2 of these parts looked similar to what I m looking for but unfortunately it turned out they do not work, I have attached a picture to show my issue, appreciate any help.

Hard to tell form the pics since there sideways, but the studs need to be parallel to the ground. The reason is so the carb can be upright with the engine. The link I provided does that.
