How many miles/kms do you have on your RX3??
I'm curious to see how many miles/KMs everyone has racked up on their Zong.
Also curious about what you've needed to fix/replace. Let's hear it people! |

17,000 miles and counting; nothing but rear tires and oil changes, plus one set of rear brake pads. I did replace the stock battery, front brake pads and chain with better parts right after I bought the bike in 2015; those parts are still on the bike. Still running the stock Chinese wheel bearings, also.

I think I have about 14k on mine, no real issues, chain and sprockets, and tires/general maintenance...

Mileage on RX3
Mine has almost 25,000 miles now. It would have 30,000 but the last 5,000 miles have been on my RX4! I still take the RX3 out once a week just to keep it going and it is still fun to ride.
I have changed the rear tire several times and the front tire only once. Both tires are good now. I put new brakes a few times and they are good now. I put the Japanese bearings in the hubs just because, it did not really need it. I have had a few bolts rattle loose but not much else. The only thing that broke was the shift lever return spring. That has been redesigned and is no longer an issue. Located in Southern Calif where I can ride year round. |

The RX4 is heavier, but you do not feel it when riding. You do notice it when pushing it around in the driveway. Top speed on the RX3 is in the low 80's mph. That is cruising speed on the RX4 at 7,000 rpm. It is very comfortable at freeway speeds.

I had 17,500 miles on mine when I sold it last year. Just replaced normal wear and tare items. Bike never let me down and I road it all over Pacific Northwest, Canada, Baja, Moab, Zion, Death valley, Grand Canyon. One of my better investments. Sold it just cause I wanted something different. rj
